Please bring your own socks to enter the tea room.
If you do not have any, you can purchase tabi socks for 200 yen.
About interpretar, it may be the case that
the tea ceremony staff explains in English using a smartphone.
The interpretation fee is able to pay by cash only.
If you require an interpreter, please pay a translation fee of 5,000 yen per group in cash. There might also be instances where our staff assist you using a smartphone translation app. In this case, the same translation fee will apply. If you wish to use an interpreter, please make a reservation in advance.
